Yoga is back!
Based upon feedback from our community and the results of a survey we’re moving the yoga to Sundays at 8am. Due to the holidays, yoga will kick back off on Sunday, April 28th.
Join FERAL every Sunday morning at 8am for yoga with Cate Mcgrath. All sessions are bring your own mat and 100% drop-in. No need to reserve your spot.
Attendance is 100% donation-based, and all proceeds go directly to the instructor.
Cate’s Sunday morning classes at FERAL will be 90 minutes in duration. They will include mindful breath and mediation work as well as movement sequences that combine vinyasa flow to heat up and work the body with slower Hatha yoga where postures are held longer to encourage exploration of the subtle body and the sensations that arise therein.
Cate McGrath completed her 200 hour yoga certification in 2014 at a local Denver studio and went on to complete her 500 hour certification at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica where she studied Restorative Yoga (100 hours) and Self-Awakening Yoga (100 hours) and completed the Inner Quest of the Yoga Teacher/Practitioner (100 hours). Cate believes strongly in the power movement and breath and that a yoga is less a uniform posturing of the body and more an individual expression of one’s experience in and of the body. She is known for her Hatha/Restorative combination sequences that combine mindful movement with deep relaxation.
